ORDER RELATED:

Can I change or cancel my order?
Due to our high service standards at Beyond Jewelery we will usually commence work on the day we receive your order. If you would like to add to your order, you could send us an email via the contact us section of the website. If your order hasn’t left our warehouse we will do anything we can to add to your existing order but we cannot guarantee this.

When will I receive my order?
Orders are generally shipped the same or next business day from the time the order was placed, however if we are experiencing high volume this might take a little longer.

Please note that with COVID-19 shipping times have become MUCH longer than before. Please allow up to 8 weeks for orders to arrive (especially international order as we have seen orders held in customs for 4-5 weeks alone).

What do I do if I receive the wrong product?
If we have dispatched the incorrect item to you in error, please email us via the contact section on the website. We will endeavor to do everything we can to rectify the error.

Has my order been shipped yet?
You should receive a shipping confirmation email when your package has been dispatched from our warehouse.

My order hasn't arrived yet.
Please note that with COVID-19 shipping times have become MUCH longer than before. Please allow up to 8 weeks for orders to arrive (especially international order as we have seen orders held in customs for 4-5 weeks alone). In the first instance, please refer to the delivery update information to track your order. If you feel that your order is lost, please email us and our service team will be happy to look into this for you.

What do I do if my product is damaged?
If for any reason, you receive items damaged during the delivery process, contact us via email at beyondjewelery2018@gmail.com. Include some images of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in, and we will be happy to review your issue. Damages caused by shipping carriers will need to be filed with the shipping carrier.

How do I care for my candle?
We are extremely safety aware at Beyond Jewelery. All our products come with safety information labels and we would also like to refer you to our main website as we have a dedicated safety page which covers the relevant safety information.

Are your products safe to use if I am pregnant?
As with all products, you need to check the labeling and ingredients to ensure that they are fine for you to use. If you have any concerns, we would recommend that you email your specific question via the contact us section and we will be happy to answer your question.

Are your products vegan?
All of our products are vegan friendly and cruelty free.

Are your products tested on animals?
Absolutely not!! All of our products are vegan friendly and cruelty free.

Are your products safe for my pets?
As with all products, you need to check the labeling and ingredients to ensure that they are fine for you to use. If you have any concerns, we would recommend that you email your specific question via the contact us section and we will be happy to answer your question.
We would not recommend that you apply any of our products directly to your animals or their food and drink.

What are your wicks made from?
Our wicks are lead free and made with 100% cotton or cherry wood.

What should I do if I have an allergic reaction to your product?
While we do our best to only use natural ingredients there is always the possibility that you might have an allergic reaction to one of them, if this happens you must stop using the product immediately and seek medical attention for your own peace of mind.
