Shipping & Returns
ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please ensure you check your junk mail, spam and social folders in case your email gets trapped.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking information (if applicable) and expected delivery day/time (if applicable).
SHIPMENT OF ORDER
All orders will be shipped to the delivery address specified at the time of purchase. Shipment is the responsibility of the Shipping Carrier once it has left Beyond Jewelery. For any lost shipments, international duty charges or damaged shipments you will need to file a claim with the Shipping Carrier directly.
REFUSED DELIVERIES
Refunds for the cost of your order and shipping cost are non-refundable for undelivered packages or refused deliveries, whether that be a non-existent address or un-paid duty & tax by your country’s government for orders that are returned to us.
RETURNS
We always want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you're unsatisfied, it's easy to return or exchange it. Please contact our Customer Care team to obtain a return authorization and further instructions.
Returned items need to be at least 75% intact and returned with their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 30 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer..
Remember, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.
